Email hq-support@googlegroups.com with a concise description of the problem, the platform you are using, and the steps that reproduce it. Do not include passwords, access tokens, agent keys, or other secrets.
Account and access
For sign-in, account recovery, or data access issues, include the email address associated with your DoneOS account. You can permanently remove your account and execution data from the Account screen or follow the instructions on the account deletion page.
Connected services
Slack and ChatGPT connections can be revoked from DoneOS or from the connected service. If a status update or agent action is incorrect, include the approximate time and work-item title so we can trace the attributable execution event without receiving your credentials.
